Deconstruction Program Coordinator

Finger Lakes ReUse, Inc., a 501(c)(3) community benefit non-profit organization, is seeking a full-time, outstanding, high-energy Deconstruction Services Program Coordinator in Ithaca, NY. The ideal candidate must be friendly, enthusiastic, organized, have a strong construction background, and familiarity with a variety of software platforms (word processing, spreadsheets, and databases). Excellent organizational skills, management or supervisory experience, minimum 5 years experience in the building trades, and a valid, clean NYS Drivers License are required. Good attention to detail, respect for safety issues, and the ability to multi-task are essential. Tasks will include assessing and bidding deconstruction and salvage jobs (15%), on-site work (50%), crew management and training (10%), and project management (25% including program marketing, reporting, coordination with the ReUse Center, and program development).
